• Cleaning and laundry services (For your own visits and those of your guests.)
• Airport transfers.
• Patio cleaning.
• Garden maintenance. (Lawns mown etc.)
• Regular updates by e-mail
• Property rental service.
• Utility bill paying. (Water & Electric are payable (bimonthly), Council tax where appropriate.)
• Payment of local bills. (Tradesmen etc.)
• Pool maintenance. (Open April through'til close October).
• Car rentals arranged.
• Welcome pack. (For you or your guests.)
• Property Insurance arranged.
• Organization of local tradespersons arranged to undertake maintenance, improvements as required.

Prices start from:

One off registration fee	50 GBP
Pool maintenance Inspect,clean & add chemicals. Chemicals not supplied.	From 39 GBP per month
Cleaning & laundry Property cleaned before & after visits, sheets washed & ironed. Midweek change if required	From 20 GBP per change (dependant on size & frequency of visits etc.)
Gardens Lawns & patio areas maintained	Complete packages from 39 GBP per month
Welcome pack (basic) Teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, bottled water & toilet rolls	15 GBP
Welcome pack ( luxury) As above with Cornflakes, honey,marmalade, salami & orange juice	20 GBP
